We are a team of young but experienced foodies who LOVE food and love the idea of 'food education'.

Since the success of our Melbourne Italian Restaurant, we decided to bring our special modern Italian cuisine to the Gold Coast.

Our chefs come from Sicily, Tuscany and Calabria and all of us have a great passion about food.

Our menu concept is to highlight the freshness of our local seafood as well as featuring prestigious Mediterranean ingredients. We love studying new cooking techniques and show it off in our cuisines.
